Senior Server Support Technician

We need a Senior Server Support Technician to join our team in Kolkata! The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience, certifications in relevant technologies, and a related Bachelor’s degree.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills, including fluent English.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem isolation skills.
• Self-motivated and energetic team player with a strong work ethic and cooperative attitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in installation of Linux, Windows, and similar technologies.
• Database experience with MySQL and Oracle.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Experience providing application and field support.
• Certification in relevant technologies is preferred.
