Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled UI/UX Designer with strong Frontend Development capabilities who can design modern user experiences and seamlessly convert them into responsive, production-ready web applications.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Figma, Figma Make, and Adobe XD, and be proficient in translating designs into clean, scalable code using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and JavaScript.

Experience with Generative AI tools and AI-assisted design/development workflows is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using:
- Figma
- Figma Make
- Adobe XD
Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Improve usability through user-centered design practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive UI.

Frontend Development

Convert Figma/Figma Make/Adobe XD designs into:
- Pixel-perfect HTML5
- CSS3
- Bootstrap-based layouts
- Tailwind CSS implementations
- JavaScript-driven interactivity
Ensure mobile-first and fully responsive design.
Maintain cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize performance and page speed.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code.

Generative AI & AI-Assisted Workflow

Utilize Generative AI tools for:
- UI concept generation
- Rapid prototyping
- Code assistance
- Content drafting
- Workflow automation
Apply prompt engineering basics to improve productivity.
Stay updated with AI trends in UI/UX and frontend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
Strong expertise in:
- Figma
- Figma Make
- Adobe XD
- HTML5 & CSS3
- Bootstrap
- Tailwind CSS
- JavaScript (ES6+)
Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
Knowledge of UX principles, user journeys, and accessibility standards.
Experience using Git or version control tools.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques.

Communication Skills

Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to clearly present design concepts and technical decisions.
Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with SaaS products, admin dashboards, or enterprise web apps.
Familiarity with animations, micro-interactions, or frontend frameworks.
Understanding of API integration at frontend level.
Experience creating scalable design systems.

Examples of:
